Automatic tube Cartoning Machine
Our automatic cartoning machine handles toothpaste, ointment, and cream tubes in plastic, laminate, or aluminum. Tubes tend to roll or shift during feeding—we fix that with a servo-driven orientation wheel that aligns each tube before insertion, so the crimped end faces the right way and the tube goes in straight.
Speed is adjustable up to 80 cartons per minute. Changeover between tube diameters with quick-release guides. Optional leaflet inserter and coder available. Stainless steel construction meets GMP standards.
