Product Information
High speed pre-fold & lock bottom folder gluer machine adopts independent electric motor control and feeds synchronously with the main motor. Its feeding section is equipped with three feeding knives, and the asymmetrical length can be adjusted according to the box sample. The track width of the machine can be adjusted horizontally and is set by seven 30mm thickened feeding belts and 10mm metal plates. It uses the embossing drive wheel to guide the belt of the feeding section, and the left and right gates for side feeding can be adjusted according to the product.
Features
The vibration device of the high speed pre-fold & lock bottom folder gluer machine cooperates with the motor, which helps to process the cardboard with a height of 400MM. The cardboard sent by the feeding section will be corrected by the corrector to ensure accurate transmission. Press pressure can be adjusted up and down to suit different cardboard thicknesses.
