Working process
1.Roll feeding — Plastic sheet (PVC, PET, or PP) unwinds from a roll and feeds into the machine.
2.Heating & thermoforming — The sheet passes through heating plates until soft, then air pressure and vacuum stretch it into a mold, forming cups or blisters in your desired shape.
3.Filling — Your product (liquid, cream, sauce, powder, or granules) gets precisely dosed into each formed cavity. We offer different pump types to match whatever you’re packaging.
4.Easy-peel sealing — A top foil or laminate film feeds in and gets heat-sealed onto the formed blisters. The seal is strong enough to keep contents fresh, but designed to peel open easily with just a finger pull.
5.Coding — Batch numbers and expiry dates get embossed or laser-printed onto each package (optional).
6.Cutting & separating — The continuous sheet moves into a die-cutting station, where it’s punched into individual finished packages.
7.Output — Finished products drop onto a conveyor belt, ready for manual collection or to connect to a cartoning or labeling machine.
All steps run in sync, driven by servo motors and controlled by a PLC touchscreen — so you get consistent quality, minimal waste, and a smooth ride from start to finish.

Product Features
- All the devices for forming, heat sealing, batch number printing, indentation, and punching are all equipped with a threaded shaft for positioning. By turning the handle, all these devices can move freely on the shaft. The machine is equipped with a scale for easy calibration and quick and accurate positioning.
- The mechanical hand is pulled by a dual swing rod device, which increases the adjustable range of the pulling stroke (up to 180mm), enabling it to adapt to the packaging of various size medicine plates. The machine performs heating of the plates, positive pressure forming, upper and lower mesh patterns, cylinder heat sealing, automatic feeding, automatic indentation and batch number printing, and automatic punching of the plate sections. The operation is simple and the running is reliable.
- Positive pressure air forming combined with a mechanical punch ensures uniform and firm blister forming, suitable for packaging of large-sized items such as large-dose pills and medical devices; equipped with a dedicated automatic feeder, it can adapt to the packaging of ampoules, injections, and vials, with a wide range of applications.
- The main transmission part uses a parallel-axis helical gear reduction box. The molds for forming, heat sealing, indentation, etc. are positioned by screws, and the press plates are fixed. The positioning is accurate, the mold replacement is convenient, and the material usage is saved.
- To facilitate the machine’s entry into the workshop, the body can be customized according to the user’s requirements.
